Try putting your wifi points next to each other during your setup process. I read that somewhere and it worked for me.

I did the factory reset multiple times. The step that finally worked for me was that I read somewhere that the points needed to be close to eachother during the setup process and that worked for me! This little nugget shoud be somewhere in your forum...
