Google Nest Community

I have a 3rd gen Nest Learning Thermostat if that helps.

on the nest app, click on the settings cog, then on the thermostat (at the bottom of the list). In the "nest sense" category you then have "true radiant" which you can click on and turn off.

We have now resolved this. Turn "True Radiant" off and Bob's your uncle.
