LG cassette unit heat not turning on

heat not turning on (I've tested the fan and that turns on) . Other cassettes off the same system turn on no problem.

Thanks Ryan I originally tried those the first time but obviously the wires weren't making contact because I actually swapped the nest head and base with another unit on the same zone and they both work now. So definitely a loose wire issue. Thanks
