That's good advice to everyone. Sounds like they are either deliberately
trying to grind people down, or as suggest their customer service is a
mess. Good that we light be able to get our money back if we persist.

HI, according to a WHICH review, they contacted Google who responded by
saying that a full refund would be given to scottish customers who
bought a nest smoke alarm within the last 3 years. Can you confirm this?
