I can find the router, then the options are to set up router (which fails) or set up a different device. If this is selected I can the select a point, but then it just finds the router again. So I’m stuck in a loop. Desperately need to get this sorte...

Just to update this, I still cant set it up. I've connected it to the other router in the hope that would work but it's no different. does anyone have any other suggestions? Thank you

Unfortunately that doesn't work, There is a set up different device option, I then select set up a nest point but it just detects the router again, if i select the router it fails, if I select a different device i just loop round again.

Thanks, any idea how? When adding it via the app it detects it as a router and fails. Thanks
