Cannot get Nest thermostat to work. Only 2 wires on existing system. Is this compatible?

My existing Honeywell thermostat system that I'm trying to setup nest for ONLY has two wires hooked up. Blue wire is hooked up to C. Red wire is hooked up to Rc and there is a jumper between Rc and R. None of the other cables in the wall are hooked u...
