Cannot get Nest thermostat to work. Only 2 wires on existing system. Is this compatible?

My existing Honeywell thermostat system that I'm trying to setup nest for ONLY has two wires hooked up.  Blue wire is hooked up to C.   Red wire is hooked up to Rc and there is a jumper between Rc and R.   None of the other cables in the wall are hooked up.  When I try to set up the Nest and tell it at only have our and see it won't let me proceed.  Please help.
