Heat link stopped working, no electrical feed to thermostat. Have pressed buttons, turned on and off again, nothing, not even LED. Still under warranty, Google useless and impossible to get hold of.how do I get replaced?wife and two children at home ...

Still very much broken. Had to invest in a new one and get it swapped out as two young children in a freezing house with no central heating not an option. Google impossible to get hold of. Any advice on how I can get the original unit refunded?

We have two young children and it seemed the Heat Link was fried - so we just bought a new one. I would like to claim on the warranty though, does anybody have a contact number?Many thanks,
