Hi when the door bell is connected to a transformer there is no power
but when it’s connected by the micro usb it powers up I’ve checked the
transformer it’s working fine
Thank you for your communication we have the doorbell connected to an
OhmKat power adapter it’s so strange because it powers up when connected
by the micro usb we have had the power adapter test by an electrical
engineer who says it is all good
