Edit device groups

I can not longer edit my device groups in the new app. I saw where people had the same issue but no written instructions on how to solve. I do not have the settings button at the top right of page in the group I want to edit. Can you help?

I restored my Nest and now it won't heat

I recently moved into a new home and was trying to connect the Nest to my app. I did a factory reset, and now the heat and fan don't work. When it is on cool, it works fine, but turned to heat, no air comes out. I didn't touch the wires in the back.
