I have 5 cameras (4 outdoor and one older Dropcam indoor) and one thermostat that were flawlessly connected to the app for years. A few weeks back the thermostat, and 3 of the cameras stopped connecting to the app. I first though it was a wi-fi issue however 2 camera are connected with zero issues and my thermostat says it is connected to wi-fi (just not the app). I have tried to remove 2 of the devices and add them back in. I have reset my router. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. Nothing has worked. Two of the cameras are flashing blue. One older "dropcam" is flashing yellow. The thermostat is fine if I run it as a stand-alone thermostat and connect to my wi-fi. But when I try to add it back to the app using my phone on the same wi-fi, the process gets an error. Can anyone help?

I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried? Have you tried to do a factory reset on the devices that you're having issues with?
