I am getting error code 429 too many requests when I go to view my video clips in the nest.com website. Why? I have tried on windows edge and Firefox web browsers and same message on different browsers. I've erased my history and cookies, can't view my videos still. It just started yesterday this is the 2nd time I'm getting this message in 2 attempts to view in 2 days. It isn't the browsers or history/cookies and it's not my VPN either. I do however have Google home with a bunch of devices that are linked to it like TV, speakers, etc.

I'm getting the exact same issue. Also, the nest website keeps timing out and saying server error. Is nest experiencing technical issues today?

Yes, I am getting this 429 error too, and came here to find out what to do about it. I tried Edge as well as Chrome. I tried clearing everything in my browser (cache, cookies, etc.). Unlike the other poster, I don't have a VPN. I merely want to change the schedule on my thermostat. Please help.

I am also seeing 429 Too Many Requests when I try to download any of my clips. Not running any vpn's or other software to mask or move ip. Has been this way since last Friday at least. (4 days ago)
For the others on this thread, sometimes, holding ctrl-alt-shift and then click the refresh when you are on the 429 error page seems to start the download? Though that means 1 by 1 since you then have to hit back and hard refresh to get to another one.

This problem has been going on for a while, and it is becoming absurd. So, Google, come on - I need to adjust the schedule of my handy smart thermostat, but you have it hostage. Please fix this 429 error!

Also to add to that, I don't think it is client Ip related, I get the exact same thing on my mobile device connected to t-mobile (Made sure its not connected to my wifi).
