My family invited me to be able to access the next cam and it is not allowing me to connect. I have a different google account but i do have the login info for camera which worked fine until last week. They now sign in with google and appears as something is blocking me. please help
When the other household member who issued the invitation goes to Settings | Household in the Google Home app, are you listed? Are you logging into the Google Home app with the same Google Account to which they issued the invitation?
