Age restriction google home

So recently my dad bought me a google nest mini for my birthday, the problem though that I was singing into my account and there was nothing, I later noticed there was an age restriction, so know I have to control it by my mom's account, please google delete this age restriction, and also I have a child account.

Malek1 A child under 13 years old (or the applicable age in their particular country) can use Google Assistant on shared devices if a person adds the child’s Google Account and voice to a shared device. Shared devices include Google Nest and Home speakers and displays, and Google Assistant-enabled speakers, displays, and smart clocks. To learn more, visit this link.
