App Camera Freezing

Please can someone let me know if there has been a solution to this issue? Seems a lot of people are experiencing but I cannot find an answer if resolved? 
Why are we paying for a service that isn’t usable? Please either let us know a solution or at least credit us until you do find a solution? As others have said, please stop closing/locking the threads - we’d just like an answer / timeframe of when this issue can be resolved and know it is being attended to?

Hey there,

 

If you are having issues with your Nest Cam or Nest Doorbell, I would suggest that you first start by restarting it. 

 

Restart: Keeps all your settings, and it should reconnect to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever becomes frozen, has trouble reconnecting to the internet, or isn't working normally.

Thanks Brad - tried everything including removing the camera and reinstalling into app - I can see a number of people are having this issue - have Nest proposed a solution?

This is a known issue. I do not have an update on this issue.

I don’t understand what is going on with this app, ever since google took it over its been bad.   Please get the app to work or refund me for all my nest cameras that do not function how they should

Apologies delayed response, busy couple of weeks. Issue still remains - agree with all others, we either need a resolution asap or refund for lack of service.

This issue should have been fixed and addressed via an update to the app a few weeks ago. Are y'all still having this same issue? What troubleshooting have you done?

MIne freezes constantly also
