App won’t display temperature

Thanks for posting in the community. I understand the app isn't displaying the temperature for you, and I’d be more than glad to help get this sorted out. To better assist you, I have a few questions:

• Does the temperature show up correctly on the physical device itself, or is it missing there, too?
• Which Google Nest devices are you using?
• Are you using the Google Home app or the Nest app?

Any additional details you can provide will be helpful.

I get the temperature on the thermostat. It’s a 3rd generation nest thermostat,and I am using the nest app

Thanks for your response. Just to be on the same page, is the Nest app updated? Also, did you check the Nest website to see if the temperature is missing there as well?
