Assistance Required: Cannot Share Devices to Family on Home

I have Google Home and have multiple linked devices. These are labelled "Linked to You" on the Home app. I have added a family member with full privileges but they cannot see any of the linked devices. Can this be fixed so the family member can see all the devices I link?

Hi folks,

Thanks for reaching out — let’s see what’s going on. A few questions: which devices are under the label "linked to you" (Google speakers, home automation devices)? Were these devices previously present in a room? Also, do you have multiple home structures? Check if you have another home structure by following the steps below:

  1. Open the Google Home app Google Home.
  2. At the top, tap the name of the current home.
  3. Select a new home from the drop-down. If the drop-down icon doesn’t appear, it means you only have one home in the Home app.

Regards,

Juni
