I can't login to my Nest account via the app. I have the username and password saved, along with face recognition. Nothing works. I tried to reset my password but the system will not send me an email to reset my password so there is nothing I can do. I am able to login to Nest via my laptop so I can see that my email address linked to the account is correct. My password works to login to Nest via Google on laptop. But I cannot access the app via the app on my phone. Please help. Thank you!

Have you tried deleting and then reinstalling the Google Nest app on your iPhone? You don't lose any settings when you do so; you just log back on with the same credentials.
If that does, maybe there's something else happening on your phone.
