Can’t enter my nest account as I changed my phone number

I changed my phone number and could not reconfigure data of my new phone on the previous phone. Is there any other method for me to change the phone number registered so I can get access back to my cameras? I had not migrated to google yet so everything is still with Nest account. Please help!

@Virtual_Sanoja, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, are you having trouble signing in your same email address to your app with your new phone? or is the one time pin being sent to your old phone and you don't have another option to check it? What app are you using to sign in your account to control your Nest Camera? Looking forward to your response.

Hi Emerson, the pin is being sent to my previous phone number which is not activated any more. I am still using the nest app I never migrated to Google and I cannot migrate now that I don’t have access to inside my account. What options do I have that do not contemplate registering again from scratch every single camera.

Thanks for getting back to us. You may try contacting your phone or email service provider’s support for help regaining access to your phone number or email account. For instance, if you can’t remember your email account’s password, you should be able to reset the password on your email provider’s website and then access your email account to view the email we sent to you.

If you can’t regain access to your phone number or email after contacting their support, you’ll have to factory reset your Nest products, and then add them to a new account. Note: You’ll have to re-invite people to share access to your home in your new account, and you’ll lose any video history and device settings information.
