Can’t log into Nest app

I was in the middle of using my Nest app when I got kicked out and now can not log back in. Says email/password incorrect and request for password reset email doesn’t send email. 

I know we are being forced to migrate to the Google Home app. I have that too. But the interface is crap compared to the Nest app when it comes to seeing and controlling multiple thermostats. I have 4 thermostats at a remote vacation property and I need to see immediately which are working, what the temps are inside, outside, settings etc. 
the google home app doesn’t come close to showing multiple thermostats graphically in an immediate format. 


i need my Nest App back!!!

  • When trying to log in to the Nest app, do you receive any error messages?
  • Have you ever used your Nest account in the Google Home app?
  • When logging in to your account, do you use the "Sign in with Nest" option or "Sign in with Google"? If you choose "Sign in with Google," can you access your account and see your devices?
  • What is the firmware version of your phone?
  • What is the app version of the Google Home app?
  • What phone are you using to log in to the app?
