Can’t reset Nest password

I must have already migrated my login to google but I need to get back into my Nest app. It won’t let me log in with my password and it won’t send me a link to reset it.

If you've successfully migrated from a Nest Account to a Google Account (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9297676), then you log onto the Google Nest app using the "sign on with Google" option and using the Google (gmail) Account to which you migrated.
