home.google.com Preview is not showing Video History

I have full video history subscription on all my cameras, it has been working for over a year. I now see a Preview Icon and I cannot see any Video History for any camera. I have gone into the Nest account, it shows there but not for all cameras and not all cameras show up there anyway. Why did my VIDEO HISTORY go away? I should not be charged for this service. I read the Preview information and understand that you are "Changing / Updating" Google Home features, but why would you not let us stay in a non-Preview mode and keep all features we are paying for? HELP.

Where are you seeing a "Preview Icon"?

The "preview"/beta home.google.com website has only shown live-streaming--with NO history--since it became available in October 2022.

Did you sign up for the "Preview" version of the Google Home app? (We are NOT on the "Preview" version, so I don't know what is happening there.)

Hello MplsCustomer - The icon is in the upper left corner of my home.google.com screen - between the Google Home Logo on the left and the Home Name on the right. "Preview". I'm not sure if I signed up for a beta Preview mode, but I know I was able to see all the cameras video history just about 4 weeks ago. Is there a way to remove me from this Preview Program so I can get all my Video History Functionality back? Thx Mark

And just to Clarify - this is only on my desktop (mac) - I see the Video History on my iphone.

The "preview"/beta home.google.com website is NOT something you sign up for; it is available to all Google Nest customers. And since it became available in October 2022, it has ONLY displayed our cameras' livestreams, and has NEVER shown history.

Are you thinking of the older home.nest.com website, which does display history, but only for cameras and doorbells installed in the Google Nest app?  (Google Nest decided that its newer cameras and doorbells released starting in Sept. 2021 would work ony in the Google Home app and NOT in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com website.)
