Can’t unlink My Honeywell thermostat from Google home

I can’t unlink my Honeywell thermostat from Google home. I have tried everything. Please help

A quick question: are you getting any message when unlinking your Honeywell account? 

Give these steps a try:

1. Make sure the mobile device is connected to the same Wi-Fi or linked to the same account as the Google Home or Google Nest device. Open the Google Home app.
2. At the top right corner of the screen, tap the account icon.
3. Verify that the Google Account shown is the one linked to the Google Home or Google Nest device.
4. To switch accounts, tap another account or Add another account.
5. Then tap Assistant Settings > Home Control. Under Linked services at the top, tap the service partner that is having issues, Unlink account > Unlink.
6. Uninstall and reinstall your Google Home app.
