Cannot connect anything !

I’ve had Google Nest thermostat for a while. Something happened where nest app was changed to google home and ever since then, my nest and doorbell disappeared and I cannot reconnect. Help!
When I try to reconnect, it says the devices are already connected to another account. Where is that account?

A quick question: did you use the same email address signed in to your Nest app into your Home app?
