New Thermostat. The Google help people are saying its an account issue, but not exactly what issue or how to fix it! I've been through all the hoops and all I get is the same issue when trying to create a NEW nest account.
After entering my google email address and password, you get to the "Continue" button but once I click on, that its.. the same error message:
"Oops we encountered an error. Please try again!"
Even changed my Google password at their suggestion!
Its the same whether trying to create on my Mac browser or via the App. Any thoughts?

This is the third post I've seen this morning that seems to indicate problems on Google Nest's servers. The other posts are:

Have you tried to create an account using another device—phone, tablet, or even desktop or laptop—via the Nest website? If so, how did it go? You may also take a look at this guide to create a new account to use the Nest app.

Yes, I have tried to creat a new Nest account, but I'm unable to do so with my google account, as when pressing on Continue it comes back with a message "Oops we encountered an error, please try again"
Google Nest Support keep asking me to do the same thing, and I have sent them videos of all the set up, and create processes. They don't seem to be very helpful, as I keep having to repeat the issue over and over.
How do I share images on here?
Any help would be gratefully received!
