Cannot delete Android TV what is twice (offline) in Google Home app

Hi!

My Philips tv with Android is showing up three times in my Google Home app. Twice offline in "Linked to you", named: "TV Archibald".
I renamed the online device, so it's currently online as "TV Studio".

It's not possible to delete/unlink them. Error: "These settings are currently unavailable. Check the wifi-connection."

I already deleted the home and created a new one. However, it came back, not linked to a room (also is not possible to place in a room, because it's "offline").

I also logged out (account.google.com) to all my old devices.
"TV Archibald" is not shown in the Google Assistant phone application > devices.

Device synchronization command on my Google Nest Hub also won't solve the problem.

I've checked some topics and I've done some Google Searches, but I still cannot figure this out.

Is there someone who can help me solve this?

Kind regards

Marciano

Screenshot translation:

"Aan jou gekoppeld" > "Linked to you"
"Deze instellingen zijn momenteel niet beschikbaar. Check je wifi-verbinding." > "These settings are currently unavailable. Check the wifi-connection."
