Nest Renew is showing Duke Energy as my utility provider when in fact CenterPoint Indiana is my utility provider. This error has prevented me from participating in utility company rebates as well as incentives that pay out real money. What can I do to fix this. My utility is not listed in the list of utility companies I can choose. Please help.
