Cannot link my spotify account  on my google home

Hey Carmen,

Welcome to our new community. I'm sorry you are having this issue when it comes to linking your Spotify account to your Google Home. I know that connection can be super awesome, so lets see what we can do to get you set up.

Before we begin, when did this issue start? Were you previously connected or has this always been the case?

If you could, I'd recommend double checking all of the requirements and steps listed in the Link your music services and set your default service article. It's going to be the best place to start and if you are having any issues with this process can point us in the best direction for further troubleshooting steps.
