I am a newbie to Smart Technology so please excuse my ignorance. I downloaded the SmartThings App and then purchased an Aeotec Smart hub and connected these. I then connected my Nest Thermometer and my Yale Smart Key less Connected with the Z Wave module lock. All seemed well. I then read that you could integrate SmartThings with Google Home. I tried several times to do this and when I try to add the device all seems to be going okay but I don't get sent to a screen asking me to log in to my Samsung account but straight to a screen asking me to authorize SmartThings. A notification appears at the bottom of the screen saying they were successfully linked but I don't see any of my devices. (Hub or lock). I then bought the Nest Max Hub and set that up but again I can't integrate this with anything at all. I don't know if I've got this completely wrong. Is there a smart home for dummies video? Can I integrate SmartThings and nest max hub to give me more access to a bigger range of devices?

Hey there,

Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.

I understand that issues with the app and devices can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?

Please let me know.

Best regards,

Garrett DS
