Cannot log into my iOS App

Cannot log into nest on my iPhone. Tried ‘forgot password’ but do not get a reset request.

Thanks for reaching out. I'm sorry for the delay. I'd like to help. Try giving the troubleshooting steps below a whirl.

 

  1. Check the following:
    1. Spam folder
    2. Promotions folder
    3. Junk or Trash if your email filters junk mail directly to the trash
  2. Were you recently deleted your Nest account, or have you received an email from Nest that asks to confirm your account's deletion? If your Nest account was deleted, you can’t receive an email from Nest and can’t use that email to create a new Nest account for 24 to 48 hours.
  3. Try the following:
    1. If your mail service uses one, add @Nest.com to your allowlist. The steps on how to do this step vary based on your Internet Service Provider (ISP). 
      • Some email domains may have an anti-spam feature that could block legitimate emails from the Nest inadvertently. If you add account@nest.com to your allowlist, you should receive the verification email.
    2. If you still can't receive emails after you add account@nest.com to your allowlist, please contact your ISP or email provider.
