We are unable to sign up for Rush Hour REwards with Nest, and use Consolidated Edison in NYC for power.
The Nest app asks for our utlities account number, and when we enter the number provided on our bill, it says "invalid account number"
Is there anything we are missing here? Does the name of the "family manager" in google have to match the name of the billed-person on the utility company website?
