Cannot use google voice

Whenever I tried to sync my devices, google told me that my devices aren't available. I checked the wifi and connected again to make sure they connected to one wifi but that didn't help. It's will be kind of you to help me get through this : (

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry to hear that you're having issues syncing your devices. I'd love to help.

 

A few questions:
 

  • When did the issue start?
  • What are your devices?
  • Are the devices showing on the Google Home app? If yes, are you able to control them on the app?
  • Are you able to control them via voice command?

 

Let's do a sequential reboot by unplugging your Google Home/Nest devices and router from the power source, then leave them unplugged for 1 minute.  Once done, plug them back one at a time with intervals. Check if you will still get the same response when syncing your devices.
