Cant add user try again

Cannot add user please try again latter.  This is what I get when trying to add a user. Please help

That certainly hasn't been easy for you — let's see what's going on.

A quick question: are you adding a regular Google Account? Make sure your devices are connected to the same network and within 15-20 feet of your router. Could you try reinstalling your Google Home app. If the issue persists, try using a different mobile phone to see if you'll get the same result.
