Connecting Kogan Smarter Home to Google Home

This is the same as another unanswered question.

Kogan Smarter Home is just Smarter Home when linking to Google Home and it lets me go through the process and says account is linked, but it isn’t and it doesn’t find my device.

While we are not familiar with Kogan Smarter Home, I would suggest getting in contact with their support to see if they have any information that can help you with this.
