I’m trying to view the history on my camera and understand I need to upgrade to Nest Aware. Someone was in my driveway last night messing with pasture gate. I have iPhone and iPad. I got the iPhone to convert to google and had my devices but my iPad not so good. It’s not picking up my devices, outdoor cam and thermostat. It’s asking for the serial number on phone. It’s an existing device. Tried calling several support numbers and sat on hold for an hour. Anyone help me,

The information for your Google Nest devices is stored on Google Nest's servers, not on your iPhone or iPad, so if you're logging onto the Google Nest app and/or the Google Home app with the same credentials, and accessing the same Google Nest "home/structure", you should see the exact same information on both.
You could try deleting and reinstalling the Google Nest app and/or Google Home app on your iPad.
Do you have the latest version of both the Google Nest app and Google Home app on both devices?
