Hello all,
A week after I updated to the latest version of the app, I was randomly signed out and was asked to sign back in. I clicked the "Sign in with Google" button and entered my username. Where I would normally enter a password I was greeted with a screen that said I needed to "Enable Cookies". I hadn't changed any settings recently but I went ahead and toggled the "Block Cookies" icon in the Settings app, on and off a few times. I also went to Settings - Chrome - clear cache and attempted to login again and was met with the same "Enable Cookies" screen.
I've deleted the chrome app and am using solely safari to see if that could fix the issue and still haven't seen any luck. I've even deleted and reinstalled Nest several times and I keep running into the same issue.
Please help

Hey there jeb1290,
So sorry for the late response, but I wanted to hop in here to see how we could help.
I understand that cookies can be confusing, but I'm happy to help where I can. Are you still having issues with your Google Home app and signing in?
I wanted to address the cookies issue as well. Cookies are little bits of data that are stored on your device when it's connected to the internet. They can help internet applications to remember things that you have done, or if there are too many, it can make applications run slowly.
Please let me know if you have any further questions or concerns as I'm happy to help.
Best regards,
Garrett DS
