Cync no longer working with Google Home App

My Cync Light bulb worked for several months within the Google Home App. A few weeks ago a thunderstorm hit and we lost power. Once power was restored, the Cync Bulb wasn't responsive in the Google Home App anymore. I forgot the device first, then reset the device altogether. From there I tried to add it again and it said it was successful and Cync account was linked but the device (Light Bulb) never appeared as an option. I have spent over an hour, resetting, forgetting, etc. at this point and nothing is working.

I know how it feels when something isn’t working the way it should. Let’s get this sorted out. Just to confirm, were you able to successfully add the Cync bulb using the Cync app? After that, did you set up the Cync bulbs in the Google Home app? Note that they should be set up directly in the Google Home app. If the issue persists, factory reset the Cync bulb once more and then try to set it up again.
