DISCONNECTED DEVICE

I have a couple different devices on my google home app but I am only having a problem with my Google Nest Hub.

Every time i click on the device it says "Disconnected Device" but its not disconnected and it works fine on nest app i can view the camera and everything.

Why is this happening on google home app its driving me crazy i prefer the google home app because it has all my devices on there so i dont want to use the nest app for this device and have to switch back and forth between apps all the time.

I've been experiencing the same situation for the last couple of weeks. When you use a voice command to control a 3P device, the devices responds appropriately however, the hub/mini will say something like "I can't find that device right now" or "That device seems to be disconnected. Please make sure the device is connected to the internet and try again". I'm wondering if BT communication is allowing the command to be executed while the response is the result of a failure to execute the command via internet connection.

This is not the experience that we wanted you to have, let me help you out. A few things: Were there any recent changes made before the issue started? What steps have you tried so far? You both can try to reboot your Nest speakers and displays and the WiFi router to refresh both devices and WiFi signal.
