I have a Nest Aware account that's associated with a non-Google email that I would like to migrate to my Google account. When I try to do that, it tells me there's already a Nest account associated with that Google email address. When I go into Nest with that Google email address, there aren't any cameras or anything connected to it. I have gone to 'Manage Account' but that just take me to my Google Account page, with no place to delete the Nest account so I can associate my existing one with it. And while the non-Google Nest account does give me a 'Delete Account' button, the Google account does not.

Hey there,
I understand that these issues can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.
Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? If so, what troubleshooting steps have you tried?
I look forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Garrett DS

Thanks Garrett. Yes, I could still use the help. It seems I can't delete the Nest account that's associated with my Gmail (despite having resources connected to it) so I can transfer my existing Nest account to it. My next option, I'm guessing, is to delete the Nest account and then connect those resources to my Gmail? Also, if I do that, do I lose my paid subscription to Nest Aware?
Thanks again.

Did you get a response? I have a similar issue.

Hey there,
Yes, that would be the only option, and unfortunately you would love the subscription to Nest Aware, and you'd have to sign up for the Nest Aware subscription again with the other account.
Please let me know if you have any other questions.

I guess not. But based on your previous reply, I won't be switching ("upgrading") to Google if it means I'd lose my paid subscription to Nest Aware. Seems really silly that there's no mechanism to transfer the account.
