Properly set up Chromecast Google TV and accepted promo for YouTube premium which states 3 months when payment method is provided.
I received email announcing 2 weeks of premium for my account but no way to redeem 3 month extension.
Nothing related in Home App and no further emails received.
Any assist is welcome

Thanks for reaching out, and sorry for the delay. We just want to check if you still need assistance on this. Make sure that you are using the same account that was used when redeeming the YouTube premium. You can also check with our friends at YouTube Support to validate it.
