Download the Google Home App

I have installed a new Hardrive and Router on my Windows 10 Computer.  I do not have the Google Play Store App ;installed and understand that I cannot download it, but I need to download the Google Home App to update my my new WiFi Name and Password to my Google Home Devise so I can use it with my Nest Doorbell and Nest Camara,   How do I do it?

Also, if I am wrong about not being able to download the Google Play Store App, tell me how that is done.

You need some sort of an Android emulator (like Bluestacks) in order to install and run the Google Home app on a Windows PC. We've never done it because we have a Mac, and Bluestacks isn't available for our version of MacOS.

Most Google Nest customers just install the Google Home app on their iPhone or Android phone.

Thanks for posting here in the Community. If you have a newer model of the Nest Camera or Nest Doorbell, you need to factory reset it and then add it back to the Google Home App using your new WiFi network information. To access your Nest device using your new Windows computer, you can go to https://goo.gle/2UZL8VI for the webapp version. Here is a link on how to restart or factory reset your Nest camera or doorbell.
