how to Download the Google Home App 2023 with new phone to use

new Hardrive and Router on my Windows 10 Computer.  I do not have the Google Play Store App ;installed and understand that I cannot download it, but I need to download the Google Home App to update my my new WiFi Name and Password to my Google Home Devise so I can use it with my Nest Doorbell and Nest Camara,

Thanks for posting here in the Community. If you have a newer model of the Nest Camera or Nest Doorbell, you need to factory reset it and then add it back to the Google Home App using your new WiFi network information. To access your Nest device using your new Windows computer, you can go to https://goo.gle/2UZL8VI for the webapp version. Here is a link on how to restart or factory reset your Nest camera or doorbell.
