Error "No home found" in Partner Connection Manager

Getting message "No home found" in Partner Connection Manager.
 
Support articles suggests that all structure has been deleted in the home app, but in the app I see my home, all devices, and device groups.
 
Other articles say to swipe left or right.  Since it is a web page, this does nothing.  Get the same thing accessing the site from a web browser.
 
Account picture matches in app and on web page.
