Expiration time shifts to incorrect time when I adjust start time.

Nest staff - please read this.  As advised, I'm using web browser to set times for guests to use Nest lock and home entry.  That works fine - I can set it to whatever date and time I want.  For example, I set it so guest can enter at 4pm.  However, when I go to try to set the expiration date/time, the time is limited to only some numbers.  I'm blocked from selecting some specific hours.  For example, if start time is set to 4pm, then I can only set the expiration time at 10pm.  

Now, when I shift the start time to 2pm, then I can shift the expiration to 8pm but not earlier.  So it's adjusting based on what I set the start time to. 
Then I tried setting the start time so that I could set my expiration time to 10am.  That worked.  But as soon as I adjust my start time back to 4pm, then the expiration time shifts again without me setting it.  
they aren't independent.  Please help fix.  If this is fixed, then at least I can work with it while we wait for your IOS issues to be sorted out.

Sorry for my late response. Thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I just wanted to make sure that your issue is addressed. I am terribly sorry for the inconvenience! I will take your feedback and send it forward. We are still working on a fix for this issue.
