Getting an Entry Key

My phone was working perfectly when controlling my Nest thermostat until yesterday when it became unconnected.

I've tried reconnecting by following usual instructions ie Settings, Nest app then nothing - message says thermostat is already connected to WiFi. Tried resetting etc but no luck.

Can anyone advise please?
