Getting devices out of TestFlight?

mikepinkerton
Community Member

I have two devices that are on TestFlight (two thermostats) and others that are not (cameras, another thermostat, and hub max). In the Nest NFT app, I can see the two thermostats, and in the regular nest app I can see all the others.

When I try to migrate my account at https://home.ft.nest.com/, i get an error :

Error [499]
An unexpected error has occurred.

error calling https://googlehomefoyer-pa.googleapis.com/v1/list_legacy_subscriptions (499).

How can I get my two thermostats out of Testflight to make them available in the Home app and with the rest of my other devices in the Nest app?

Hello mikepinkerton,

I know it has been a while, but I wanted to ensure that everything was covered here.

To get your questions answered, please use the Nest Field Test Site (Centercode). You can get help with the Nest Thermostat by contacting the Field Trial Team through your account at Centercode.

Please let us know if you have any other questions or concerns.

Thanks,
Mark

Saw it, but it didn't really help. I don't have a centercode account, so not sure what to do about that.

Thanks for getting back to us. I understand that you don't have a Centercode account; we'd be happy to take a look at this for you.

Could you please fill out this form with the needed information? A member of our senior support team will be in touch over email to help.
