Hello,
I have a lot of Globe Suite products around the house and I wanted them to work with google home and my Nest Hub. The lights worked great for a year but after that, they just wouldn't work from the app or my Nest Hub. When I go into the app it says offline even though they are working perfectly.

I only got 2 responses last time and it got locked, so I’m creating a new post for more suggestions to come in.

So I have tried deleting my devices and the actual home and it works! It is the hard route because you have to delete and re-add but after the hard work, you can control devices again!
