Hello,
The Google App does absolutely nothing after scanning QR codes while setting up the thermostat. As soon as it is scanned and connecting, it returns to the home screen on the IOS app. How do we get this to register?

Thanks for reaching out here in the community and we're sorry for the delay.
I'd like to jump in here and check if you're still having the same issue when setting up your thermostat. Have you tried to restart your Wi-Fi router and your thermostat? You could also check if Bluetooth and location services are being enabled on your phone.
