My wife and I both have the same model of iPhone. I have had a google account for years and have several google speakers and devices set up around the house. In the google home app on IOS, I have home and away routines that use my phone location for presence sensing. I have downloaded the most recent version on the app on my wife's phone and have compared all the setting in both the app and in the IOS platform itself and they are all exactly the same. However, I can't get her phone to show the presence sensing options. I see the options on the app on my phone, but not hers. I also see her phone listed as location access off in the app on my phone. I talked to the google support team and the tried to fix it, but they are useless. Anyone else have any suggestions? I want the app to use both our locations for presence sensing, so the lights don't turn off when I leave but she stays home. This is becoming quite irritating for her when she's trying to cook, and I have to leave to run an errand and the house goes dark. Thank you for your help in advance.

Hello kensterling33,
Thank you so much for posting in this community. I’m sorry to know that Google Home App is not showing presence sensing. Don’t worry, I’m her to assist.
Your phone and Google Home devices can collaborate to estimate your presence at home using location and sensor data. Make sure that you have this feature enabled.
Turn presence sensing on or off
