Google Home Feed Not Loading

SCB

Hello Community - hope all is well. My Google Home App Feed (on iOS) is not loading. Keep getting the following error: "Unable to Load. There could be a connection issue" and then a Retry link. I can see my assistant history etc., so what connection issue is there?

Anyone faced this issue? Any resolution?

Thx.,

-SCB

Hi SCB,

Thanks for visiting the Community.

I appreciate the details you've shared. Have you already tried uninstalling and reinstalling back the Home app? Also, are there any spare phone that we can try using to check and compare if you're also getting the same thing?

Let's go ahead and check if those steps will work. Lastly, kindly provide us the app version of your Home app as well as the iOS version of your phone so we can check further what's causing this.

Keep me posted.

Best,

Princess

Just updating to 2.53.1.5 did not help so I uninstalled, reset Google Play Services, reinstalled, and restarted my phone. I am still getting the same error.

Hi DavidELong,

Thanks for trying some steps. Have you already tried to check if you will also experience that using a different phone? We'd like to make sure that this is not an issue with the device or its phone version.

Lastly, could you please provide the Android/iOS version of your phone so we can check further?

Best,

Princess

It seems to be working now. It was definitely something on my phone because it worked on my tablet and spouse's phone.
